Our aim for The Coffee Grind community café is that it becomes a place used for social activities and helps reduce the isolation and loneliness of local people. In January we were pleased to launch our new Knit and Natter group in partnership with the Essex Knitters and Stitchers group. The morning was very well attended and for next month we will set aside a larger area! The group is going to initially start on a monthly basis but has the potential to meet more frequently.
