Everyone always assumes that winter is a quiet time for Edinburgh Garden Partners. In fact, it’s the perfect opportunity to get our heads down and plan for the future. In January our volunteer board got together for a series of strategy days to define who we are and what we do, setting the course for the next 3-5 years.
