Granton Goes Greener is a project run by Granton Parish Church, Edinburgh, whose aim is to help people reduce their environmental impact on the world, whilst also saving money.

In addition to their weekly ‘swap shop’, Granton Goes Greener also collects surplus bread and baked goods from bakeries around the city. Each Thursday one of their volunteers goes to a number of bakeries and gathers the food to share between their service users, and anyone in need. To help with their mission, Vegware was pleased donate recycled paper bags to help with the collection and distribution of the bread.
