October has been a massive month for the charity. It was International Stammering Awareness Day on 22nd October and at the start of that week we launched a new website with brand new resources for stammering. Website can be found here: www.scottishstammeringnetwork We also launched a new look as well and I’ve attached our new logo.
Our website will allow us to reach out to even more people who stammer, better promote our support groups and provide information on stammering in an easy to use format.

Jackie said in the blog: “The stammer never left me but I got the upper hand and so will you.”
It was great to have this from Jackie to launch our new website.
We also this month held three support groups. Two were of our Scotland wide virtual group and another for parents/carers of children who stammer. All three groups were well attended.
