We thought that we might see a spike in numbers recently as a lot of temporary accommodation that our service users have been put in as shelter during the pandemic has come to an end, however we’ve seen fairly steady numbers of around 50 each Thursday. That being said, we always notice that it’s busier when it’s sunny, so it has been ramping up of late!
We had a great night recently where one of our service users, Kamlesh, and his family cooked up a huge curry to serve up and it went down so well. It had all of the trimmings and was so tasty!
We’ve also had a young lady called Evie helping us out recently with some delicious home bakes every week. It’s such a treat for our service users to get cakes and sweet treats every week.
