This month sees our Winter Sale schools visit iconic Borough Market for the next element of the Young Marketeers programme. Students from two secondary and two primary schools will enjoy a master class from chef Nicole Pisani on how to create delicious soups from surplus veg and a bread making class from the team at Bread Ahead bakery school. The recipes each school come up with will then be assessed by Borough Markets Food Quality Team.
