Hello! The Edinburgh Scrapstore has had a busy month preparing for spring and the opening of the doors to then surrounding community and our members. We have a brand new website, check it out at http://www.edinburghscrapstore.org.uk/ and we welcomed the arrival of our bright orange bus. Over the next month the bus will be transformed into a workshop where we will be holding a series of free creative workshops for the public and local community groups, all with the help of Vegware community fund.
Our first workshop is happening on the 17th April as part of the Spring Fling – we will be making mosaics out of recycled tiles and pottery to decorate the outside of the community wikihouse on site. Come along and get involved in our makerspace community.
