A Dog’s Life Rescue is a non-profit located in Los Angeles. Established in 2005, the all-volunteer organization wanted to do something to help all of the abandoned animals in the LA area. They are committed to doing everything in their power to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals alike. By providing shelter, care, emotional and medical rehabilitation, they are positively impacting the lives of animals without a home.
Besides caring for cats and dogs, they also care for the planet. For their recent fundraising event, they used sustainable Vegware foodservice packaging. Through Vegware’s Community Fund, we were able to donate our plant-based compostable products to help their cause and four-legged friends. We are so incredibly thrilled to have donated towards such a wonderful organization and cause. By using compostable Vegware products at this event instead of traditional food packaging, they were able to reduce waste from single-use plastics. A purrfect way to support sustainability in the local community!
