In May, students from 15 secondary schools across London visited local community growing spaces as part of our Know Your Onions programme. Students got the chance to see food growing at scale and develop ideas on how to make their school gardens more productive and planet friendly. In April, an expert gardener visited each of the schools to help get their gardens ready for the growing season and on July 5 the students will be selling the produce they grow at their local street market.
