Students from 19 schools across London will be heading along to Borough Market on April 31st to receive specialist training as part of the annual Young Marketeers programme. Horticulturalist, Chris Collins from Garden Organic will teach the primary school children the art of growing veg from seed and experts from Borough Market will share their tips and tricks on becoming successful market trades.
In May, schools will receive a visit from a horticulturalist to tackle any veg related problems and to ensure a bountiful crop to sell at Borough Market on July 4th.
