In April we began campaigning for votes for the People’s Projects. We were featured on ITV Calendar News and received a lot of support from the community and other organisations. On Thursday 18th April, it was announced that we had won £33,339! Thank you to all who voted for us!
We began providing rhubarb to Welbeck Abbey Brewery so they can brew a Rhubarb Beer. We had a target of 100kg to reach but, ironically, we didn’t have enough rhubarb. Thankfully our friends and supporters from the community donated their own surplus rhubarb.
