Men’s Shed Govan is a group for retired or unemployed men to address their mental and physical health needs. The facility offers somewhere to take part in meaningful activity, such as gardening, woodwork, model-making, arts, cooking, playing games, and building relationships. It provides a sense of purpose, usefulness and optimism.
