We at Stroke Action Croydon try to support stroke survivors with a life after strokes.
At our regular meeting for stroke survivors we interacted, socialized and share life experiences with our new members.
We provided social support by way of activities and exercise (see below photos).
We also shared information on general health and well-being.
Stroke Action Croydon is for Stroke survivors, their family members, carers and people with stroke related ailments are also beneficiaries.
We aim to reach all sectors of the community with our constant and static regular exercises.
